Originally designed for a B2C audience, this patent-pending innovation converts phone metadata into a unique digital identity based on individual preferences, all under the user's control. Imagine having a Zoominfo for traveler data, but this time, sourced directly from the travelers in real-time, potentially boosting transaction margins by up to 20%.

What you’ll do

As our first Chief of Staff / Head of Operations, you'll be a key player in shaping the operational backbone of our organization. You will be instrumental in laying the foundation for both our internal and external operations, ensuring the alignment of our strategic vision with effective, scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Development: Collaborate closely with the two Co-Founders of legends to define and implement business strategies.
  2. Operational Framework: Design, implement, and iterate on scalable operational processes, tools and systems across business operations, sales and marketing.
  3. Customer Implementation: Lay the operational process and foundation for our first customer implementations and onboarding.
  4. Sales Process Codification: Assist with implementing tooling and reporting for effective sales process navigation and insights.
  5. Team Collaboration: Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
  6. Performance Metrics: Establish, monitor, and report on key operational metrics, driving continuous improvement.
  7. Resource Allocation: Manage and optimize company resources, including budget, personnel, and technology.
  8. Risk Management: Proactively identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
